As we have since our founding, we continued our work in 2025 to safeguard fundamental human rights in prisons. We continued to monitor and report on prison conditions, advise prisoners and their families, regularly brief the media and international organizations, and remind public institutions of their obligations to be transparent and accountable. Despite its challenges, 2025 was a year in which we strengthened solidarity, engaged more often with civil society, and worked with our partners on more joint initiatives.
